Greet the spring with Pu-erh tea
Pu-erh is one of the most exciting types of Chinese tea. This 'living' tea gets its special flavour from the process of microbial fermentation, somewhat like cheese and wine. Aromas of damp wood, earth or dried fruit are typical and pu-erh is a lot less bitter than other types of tea. The name Pu-erh comes from the Pu'er region in Yunnan, Southwestern China, where this tea is originaly from.
