Do not provide your personal number, data concerning health, other special category data or sensitive personal data in the text of an e-mail, query or a request, and specify other personal data to the extent they are required for the purposes for which the message is submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company process your personal data in order to administer queries and complaints, to ensure the quality of its services, to protect and defend its rights and legal interests. Provide your personal data on the grounds of consent expressed by your actions \u2013 i.e. by contacting us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3 Contests and games organized by the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our specific requirements we provide information about the data which are required for participating in a specific contest or game. In these cases a personal number might be required in order to pay applicable taxes, if the contest organizer is liable to pay respective taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company remains the right to keep the content submitted for the contest if, according to the rules of a contest or game, it should have been submitted in any tangible form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This data are necessary for executing a contest or a game.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to ensure transparency, the winner is usually announced publicly. You receive the agreement of the public announcement of the winner when you confirm your participation in the contest or game (this information is usually provided in the rules of the game).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4 Filming and\/or photography during events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company informs that various events in the premises of the shopping and entertainment center Kaunas &#8220;AKROPOLIS&#8221; can be photographed and\/or filmed, so their visitors can get into the frame. Captured images can be used on websites, social network accounts or otherwise made public for advertising, marketing, publicity and related purposes in the manner and form chosen by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company processes such visitor video data on the basis of consent. By participating in a filmed or photographed event, you agree that your image will be captured and used by the Company in the ways and manner specified in this notice. You can withdraw the given consent by informing about it by e-mail. by mail <\/span><a href=\"mailto:kaunas@newsec.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kaunas@newsec.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company ensures that your personal data will be used to ensure the necessary security measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company will process video data for two years from the date of capture or until your consent is revoked. In certain cases, such personal data may be stored for a longer period, if this is necessary for the protection of the Company&#8217;s rights and legitimate interests and in other cases provided for by legal acts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To capture or process video data, the Company may use other persons to whom the data may be transferred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.5 Processing of personal data during video surveillance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to ensure the protection of property, health and life of the Company, our employees and other persons, we carry out video surveillance in our stores, office premises and territories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We conduct video surveillance and process the data (video data) of Visitors entering the video surveillance field on the basis of our legitimate interest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our video surveillance systems do not use facial recognition and\/or analysis technologies, the video data captured by them is not grouped or profiled according to a specific data subject (person).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitors are informed about the ongoing video surveillance by means of information signs with a video camera symbol and the details of the data controller, which are presented before entering the monitored territory and\/or room.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The surveillance field of video cameras does not include premises where Visitors expect absolute protection of personal data, such as changing rooms, rest rooms, and toilet rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitors&#8217; personal data collected during video surveillance (video data) are stored for up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of capture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3.6 Public announcements in the shopping center premises<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to help find lost or missing Visitors (e.g. children, relatives) in the premises of the shopping and entertainment center Kaunas &#8220;AKROPOLIS&#8221;, in certain cases we may broadcast announcements through the loudspeaker system containing the Visitors&#8217; personal data (e.g. name, surname, age, description of appearance). Such announcements may be made when: (i) the Visitor personally contacts us with a request to make an announcement; or (ii) third parties (e.g. relatives) contact us regarding the Visitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We process the Visitors&#8217; personal data in such cases on the basis of legitimate interest \u2013 in order to assist Visitors and\/or their relatives and to maintain safety in the shopping center premises. In exceptional cases, where there is a real threat to the Visitor&#8217;s life or health, personal data may be processed on the basis of the protection of vital interests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When broadcasting announcements, we adhere to the principle of data minimization and disclose only as much of the Visitor&#8217;s personal data as is necessary to achieve the purpose of the announcement. We avoid disclosing several categories of personal data simultaneously (e.g. name, surname, description of appearance and age together) and do not disclose information that may reveal the Visitor&#8217;s state of health. The Visitor&#8217;s surname may only be disclosed if the Visitor has not been found within a reasonable time and other measures are insufficient to achieve the purpose of the announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the Visitor contacts us personally, they are informed about the processing of their personal data prior to the broadcasting of the announcement. When third parties contact us regarding the Visitor, given the nature of the announcements and the momentary nature of the data processing, individual notification of each Visitor whose personal data has been disclosed through the loudspeaker system would require disproportionate effort, therefore the Company, in accordance with Article 14(5)(b) of the GDPR, does not carry out such individual notification. As an appropriate safeguard, the Company ensures that information about such processing of personal data is publicly available in this Privacy Policy, at the information center and on the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third parties who provide us with the Visitor&#8217;s personal data for the purpose of broadcasting announcements are responsible for the accuracy, correctness and provision of only the necessary scope of the data submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data processed during the broadcasting of announcements are of a momentary nature \u2013 they are not recorded, captured or otherwise stored.
