GENERAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AKROPOLIS KAUNAS
These rules of the shopping and entertainment center have been drawn up by KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB and apply to Visitors to the Shopping Center, as well as to companies, institutions, organisations, citizens’ initiative groups and other entities intending to carry out any activities and/or organise events in the Shopping Center, in the vicinity of the Shopping Center or at any other location on the Shopping Center’s land.
The application of these Rules within the Shopping Center is based on the right of KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB, as the owner of the Shopping Center, to administer, manage and dispose of the property owned by it at its discretion, and on the obligation of KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB’s obligation to ensure public order, the safety of the Shopping Center’s Visitors and those working there, and the legitimate interests of persons carrying out economic and commercial activities within the Shopping Center.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Pet – a domestic dog and/or cat, vaccinated in accordance with the procedure established by law, owned by the Visitor to the Shopping Center or otherwise lawfully in the care of the Visitor as a responsible person.
1.2. Information Center – a customer service and information point operating within the Shopping Center, where Visitors are provided with information about the Shopping Center’s operations and where reports are received regarding lost property, faults or other matters relating to visits to the Shopping Center.
1.3. Visitor (-s) – any person (including a person working in the Shopping Center outside of their working hours in the Shopping Center) who has come to the Shopping Center (including the entrances to the Shopping Center, the territory of the Shopping Center land plot), as well as companies, institutions, organizations, initiative groups of citizens or other persons and other entities intending to carry out any activity, the place of execution of which could be in the Shopping Center, including the entrances to the Shopping Center, the boundaries of the Shopping Center’s land plot.
1.4. Shopping Center – means the ‘AKROPOLIS KAUNAS’ shopping and entertainment center, located at Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 49, Kaunas. Unless otherwise specified in the Rules, the term ‘Shopping Center’ includes all the Shopping Center’s buildings, outdoor areas and the entire territory of the Shopping Center’s land plot(s). For the purposes of this text, the Shopping Center may be understood both as a building and as a business entity represented by the Shopping Center’s owner, KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB, and/or Newsec Property Management LT, UAB, which provides management services for the Shopping Center.
1.5. The territory of the land plot of the Shopping Center – plot(s) of land on which the shopping center is located, parking lots are installed, entrances are made and which property(s) are owned or otherwise managed by KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB.
1.6. Shopping Center administration – refers to the manager of KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB, the manager of Newsec Property Management LT, UAB the company providing shopping center management services, the Shopping center manager and/or other authorized employees of the shopping center administration.
1.7. Security staff of the shopping center – refers to persons (employees) providing physical security services of the Shopping Center on the basis of the agreement with the owner of the Shopping Center in order to ensure order and safety in the common areas of the Shopping Center and in the territory of the Shopping Center’s land plot, who, among other things, have the right to give mandatory instructions to Visitors who violate the Rules on behalf of the Shopping Center owner.
1.8. People working in the shopping center – refers to persons during their working hours in the Shopping Center, whose permanent place of work is in the Shopping Center, who work according to employment and/or service agreements with the owner of the Shopping Center, persons legally conducting economic and commercial activities in the Shopping Center. These Rules apply to persons working in the Shopping Center to the extent that their rights and duties are not otherwise defined by the internal rules of the Shopping Center and separate instructions of the shopping center administration or agreements with the Shopping Center.
1.9. Event – any event, action, meeting, agitation (advertising, political, social, etc.) or other organized or unorganized event that aims for any goals and which takes place in the Shopping Center, its approaches, in the territory of the Shopping Center land plot.
1.10. Rules – refer to these general rules of the Shopping Center.
1.11. Baby Care Room – a room within the Shopping Center designed for the care of babies and young children, including feeding, changing and short-term rest.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. These Rules establish the principles and conditions of the Shopping Center Visitors’ behavior in the Shopping Center, their rights and responsibilities.
2.2. Vehicles are parked in shopping center parking lots in accordance with the requirements and restrictions of the posted signs. Traffic and parking of vehicles takes place in compliance with the requirements of road traffic rules.
2.3. The purpose of these Rules is to create such rights and obligations of Visitors of the Shopping Center and/or persons intending to carry out activities in the Shopping Center, which would ensure the maintenance of order and cleanliness in the Shopping Center, the safety of Visitors and persons working in the Shopping Center, public order and would not violate the legal rights of the Shopping Center and the interests of Shopping Center Visitors and persons working in the Shopping Center.
2.4. Video surveillance may be carried out in the Shopping Center and on its premises to ensure the safety of persons and property, public order and the protection of legitimate interests. Information regarding the processing of personal data is published on the Shopping Center’s website and/or in notices displayed within the Shopping Center.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF VISITORS
3.1. The Shopping Center is open to Visitors from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Individual entities providing services to Visitors in the Shopping Center may be open to Visitors for a longer or shorter time, if this is agreed with the Shopping Center’s administration. The administration of the Shopping Center publicly informs about the days when the Shopping Center is closed. Such information is provided in visible places at the entrances of the Shopping Center.
3.2. Visitors enter and leave the Shopping Center only through the designated entrances. Visitors are prohibited from entering the Shopping Center through service, technological entrances, goods loading-unloading ramps.
3.3. Visitors using the facilities within the Shopping Center (e.g. escalators/moving walkways, lifts) must follow the instructions for use, which are indicated by information stickers, and the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules.
3.4. Visitors are not allowed to bring items into the Shopping Center:
3.4.1. Weapons, including cold weapons;
3.4.2. Alcoholic beverages;
3.4.3. Narcotic, psychotropic substances;
3.4.4. Flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive substances, as well as other substances that may cause danger to other Visitors, people working in the Shopping Center or the Shopping Center itself;
3.4.5. Substances that are greasy, have a pungent smell, except in cases where such substances are brought to the seller of such substances operating in the Shopping Center with the purpose of replacing them with low-quality ones and/or returning such substances to their seller in accordance with the procedure established by legislation; in such a case, the Visitor must inform the security staff of the Shopping Center about this and follow their instructions regarding carrying such materials through the Shopping Center premises.
3.5. It is prohibited to bring food products, products, including food products, products purchased in the stores, public catering establishments operating in the Shopping Center into the premises of shops operating in the Shopping Center, public catering establishments, and companies providing services.
3.6. Bicycles and scooters are not permitted inside the Shopping Center; they must be left in the designated areas near the Shopping Center entrances. The Shopping Center accepts no liability for the safety of items left in the designated areas. Visitors are not permitted to ride roller skates, skateboards or similar devices within the Shopping Center premises. This prohibition does not apply to mobility aids used due to health conditions or disability.
3.7. Visitors are prohibited in the Shopping Center:
3.7.1. Smoking, except for specially designated areas at the entrances of the Shopping Center;
3.7.2. Consume alcoholic beverages in places other than the public catering establishments operating in the Shopping Center;
3.7.3. To litter;
3.7.4. Destroy the property in the Shopping Center, the property of other Visitors of the Shopping Center, cause damage to such property or use it for a different purpose;
3.7.5. In the event of a fire, use lifts to evacuate people;
3.7.6. To beg for money, food or other assistance, or to use the Shopping Center as temporary accommodation or to carry out any other activity incompatible with the purpose of the Shopping Center;
3.7.7. Sit or lie on the floors of common areas, on stairs, in lifts, on escalators or moving walkways, except where this is necessary due to a medical condition or an accident;
3.7.8. Otherwise disturb public order or endanger the health, life or safety of themselves or others.
3.8. Visitors must behave in such a way that their actions do not endanger, disturb or cause inconvenience to other visitors, staff or persons carrying out activities within the Shopping Center.
3.9. Visitors are prohibited in the shopping center without the prior written permission of the administration of the Shopping Center:
3.9.1. Use devices that produce noise, including but not limited to any sound reproduction equipment, musical instruments;
3.9.2. To perform, rebroadcast, otherwise display, transmit and present the works in any form;
3.9.3. Organize and/or conduct any Events;
3.9.4. To organize any advertising or campaigning activities, including but not limited to the distribution of pamphlets, flyers, the dissemination of visual and audio information, the public display of billboards, the collection of signatures, etc.;
3.9.5. To photograph, film or otherwise capture images or sound for non-personal (e.g., commercial, artistic, public) purposes as well as if it disrupts the normal activities of the Shopping Center or persons operating in it;
3.9.6. Leave a vehicle in the Shopping Center car park for longer than 24 (twenty-four) hours, unless road signs indicate a shorter permitted parking period.
3.10. Visitors must comply with these Rules and the instructions of the Shopping Center administration and the Security staff of the Shopping Center. The administration of the shopping center and/or the security staff of the shopping center have the right:
3.10.1. immediately remove from the Shopping Center and/or from the territory of the Shopping Center land plot Visitors who, by their actions, threaten the safety of other persons in the Shopping Center, the security of the Shopping Center’s property or cause damage to the Shopping Center’s property, do not comply with public order or otherwise violate the Rules;
3.10.2. not allow the relevant Visitor into the Shopping Center in the event that it is determined that a specific Visitor repeatedly violates the Rules, posing a threat to the safety of other persons in the Shopping Center, the security of the Shopping Center’s property or causing damage to the Shopping Center’s property, not complying with public order;
3.10.3. to remove from the Shopping Center and/or the territory of the Shopping Center the property of the Visitors, which poses a danger to other Visitors or is used/kept in violation of the requirements of legal acts and/or these Rules;
3.10.4. exercise other rights established by legal acts.
3.11. Visitors must immediately inform the Shopping Center management, the Information Center or security staff of any circumstances that may cause or have caused damage to the Shopping Center, Visitors, or the property, health or life of other persons.
3.12. Visitors are responsible for their actions within the Shopping Center and must compensate for any damage caused to the Shopping Center, its property, other visitors or third parties in accordance with the procedure laid down by law.
4. EMERGENCIES, EXTREME SITUATIONS AND EVACUATION
4.1. To ensure the safety of Visitors, the Shopping Center may be equipped with fire alarm, automatic fire extinguishing, security alarm and public address systems. Visitors must comply with the announcements and safety instructions broadcast via these systems . If Visitors notice a fault in any of these systems, they must immediately inform the Shopping Center management, the Information Center or security staff.
4.2. Visitors to the Shopping Center must:
4.2.1. in the event of an emergency situation in the Shopping Center, e.g. in the event of an accident, fire or explosion on the premises of the Shopping Center, in the event of natural or catastrophic phenomena (strong winds), a diversion or an act of terrorism, to follow the instructions of the Shopping Center’s security guards, the police, the fire brigade and other services, or the Shopping Center’s administration;
4.2.2. in the event of fire or smoke, immediately notify the Shopping Center’s information center, administrative or security staff and the fire rescue service and take all possible measures to rescue people and ensure their safety;
4.2.3. in the event of the discovery of unclear, unattended objects, explosive, chemical or radioactive substances, immediately notify the staff of the Shopping Center’s Information Center, administration or security. Until the arrival of the Shopping Center’s security staff and/or other services, cordon off the hazardous area and do not undertake any containment and decontamination activities yourself.
4.2.4. In the event of a hazard or evacuation, all persons must immediately cease their activities and evacuate the building via the nearest marked evacuation routes and exits, following the instructions of staff, security or emergency services; It is prohibited to use lifts, return to the premises or delay the evacuation; vehicles must be left in the car park without obstructing access for the emergency services; where possible, assist people with reduced mobility or others in need of help; once in a safe area, follow further instructions from the responsible authorities and do not return to the building until officially permitted to do so.
4.2.5. Visitors must immediately comply with all instructions from the Shopping Center management, security staff and/or emergency services, and must also follow announcements made via the public address system or other safety systems.
4.3. The Shopping Center management shall have the right to close the Shopping Center (or any part thereof) immediately, without any prior notice, if there is a threat to the safety, health or life of the Shopping Center, its tenants, users or visitors, including in the event of a fire, explosion, gas leakage or other danger, in order to prevent potential damage.
5. VISITOR FACILITIES
5.1. An Information Center is open during the Shopping Center’s opening hours, and its staff can assist with any queries regarding the Shopping Center’s operations.
5.2. For the convenience of visitors, the Shopping Center is equipped with self-service cloakrooms and lockers for the temporary storage of outerwear and personal belongings whilst the visitor is in the Shopping Center.
5.3. Use of the self-service cloakroom and/or lockers is subject to a deposit of 1 (one) euro, which is refunded upon returning the key to the lock when unlocking. In the event of the loss of a key to a self-service cloakroom or storage locker, the procedure set out in clause 5.7 of these Rules shall apply.
5.4. The Shopping Center does not provide a luggage storage service. The self-service cloakroom and lockers are intended solely for the temporary storage of personal belongings during the Shopping Center’s opening hours. The use of these facilities is not considered to be the provision of a luggage storage service, and therefore the Shopping Center does not assume the responsibility of a luggage custodian.
5.5. Items may not be left in the self-service cloakroom or lockers for longer than the Shopping Center’s opening hours. Once the Shopping Center’s opening hours have ended, the Shopping Center’s management reserves the right to remove any items left there. If a Visitor does not collect such items within 7 (seven) calendar days, they shall be deemed to have been abandoned, and the Shopping Center shall have the right to destroy, dispose of or hand them over to the competent authorities.
5.6. The Shopping Center shall not be liable for the safety, loss, damage or theft of items left or lost in the self-service cloakroom, lockers or other areas of the Shopping Center, except where the damage was caused by the Shopping Center’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence. It is prohibited to leave valuables, money, documents, foodstuffs, perishable items, flammable, explosive, toxic, strongly odourous or other items that may pose a risk to safety, health, hygiene or public order. The Shopping Center management reserves the right to remove such items immediately.
5.7. A Visitor who uses a self-service cloakroom or locker must keep the key provided to them safe. If a key to a self-service cloakroom or locker is lost, the Visitor must immediately inform the Information Center or the Shopping Center’s security staff. Items left in a self-service cloakroom or locker will only be returned once their owner has been identified. The Visitor must present a document confirming their identity, describe the items left behind as accurately as possible, and cooperate with the Shopping Center’s management in identifying the owner of the items. The Shopping Center management reserves the right, in order to identify the owner of the items, to review CCTV footage, request additional information and/or draw up a report on the return of the items. The Shopping Center management has the right to postpone the return of the items until their owner has been identified, but for no longer than until the end of the Shopping Center’s working day. Items are handed over to the Visitor only once their owner has been identified.
5.8. Items found in the Shopping Center may be handed over to the Information Center or to another responsible person designated by the Shopping Center management. Visitors may contact the Information Center regarding lost items. The Shopping Center is not obliged to store found items for an indefinite period. Unclaimed items may be handed over to law enforcement authorities or disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.9. For the convenience of visitors, the Shopping Center (on the ground floor near the Griunvaldo doors, on the ground floor in lobby 1A, on the second floor in the 2A lobby, and on the third floor near 3C), wheelchairs are provided for use by people with reduced mobility within the Shopping Center premises and/or the multi-storey car park.
5.10. Wheelchairs must be used only for their intended purpose and, once use is complete, returned to their designated collection points. Wheelchairs are not medical devices or healthcare services. Visitors using a wheelchair are responsible for its proper use.
5.11. It is prohibited to use trolleys for purposes other than those intended, to damage them or to remove them from the Shopping Center premises. The Shopping Center shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of a trolley, except where such damage is caused by the Shopping Center’s fault.
5.12. If improper use of trolleys is observed, the Shopping Center management or security staff have the right to demand that the trolley be returned immediately to the designated area. 5.13. For the convenience of visitors, the Shopping Center has baby care rooms designed for the care of babies and young children, including feeding, nappy changing and short breaks. The childcare rooms may only be used by parents, guardians or other legal representatives of the child, accompanied by the children in their care. The childcare rooms do not constitute a childcare service; therefore, the persons accompanying the children are responsible for their safety and supervision at all times.
5.14. Childcare rooms may be locked, and access to them may be arranged using a call button and a remote unlocking system; video surveillance may be in operation at the entrance for security purposes. If the door does not open after the audible signal, it is assumed that the room is currently in use by another person.
5.15. It is prohibited to leave children unattended in the childcare rooms, to smoke, to consume alcoholic beverages, to damage the equipment or to use the premises for purposes other than those intended. Visitors must observe cleanliness and hygiene requirements, dispose of used hygiene products in the designated areas, and use the premises responsibly.
5.16. If visitors notice any faults or dirt, they may inform the Shopping Center’s information desk on tel. +370 659 38262. The Shopping Center shall not be liable for items left in the childcare rooms or for any damage suffered by Visitors, except where such damage is caused by the Shopping Center’s fault.
5.17. The facilities provided to Visitors in the Shopping Center are not in themselves considered to be storage, childcare or other similar services, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Rules.
6. VISITING WITH PETS
6.1. The Shopping Center is friendly to Visitors with Pets (dogs and cats). Subject to the rules set out in the following section of these Rules, Visitors may visit the common areas of the Shopping Center – aisles, lounges/spaces and/or the Shopping Center territory together with their Pets.
6.2. The Shopping Center shall only allow the Pets to be taken/brought by Visitors over 16 years of age (18 years of age for dangerous dogs). If there is any doubt that a person is under 16 years of age (18 years of age for dangerous dogs), the representatives of the Shopping Center, including security staff, may request proof of identity in order to ascertain the age of the Visitor.
6.3. Visitors with Pets are allowed to visit the general areas of the Shopping Center and the individual places of supply of goods and/or services marked with a special access permit for particular locations in the Shopping Center. In the event that a particular location of goods and/or services has imposed additional and/or other restrictions on the access of Visitors with Pets, Visitors must comply with such restrictions.
6.4. Within the premises and grounds of the Shopping Center, a Pet (dog or cat) must be led/leashed or carried in a pet carrier/collar. A muzzle is only required for Pets that are classified as dangerous and fighting dogs and their crossbreeds (as defined by law) as well as when the Visitor has made a responsible assessment of his/her Pet’s behavior and manner.
6.5. Visitors who arrive at the Shopping Center with a Pet are responsible for the care of the Pet (including leaving the Pet in the designated area at the Shopping Center entrance). The Pet must not pose a threat to other Visitors to the Shopping Center or their Pets. The leash of the Pet (dog or cat) must be shortened to a distance of 1 meter or less so as not to pose a threat to both people and animals and to make others in the Shopping Center feel safe.
6.6. A Visitor to the Shopping Center who takes a Pet to the premises of the Shopping Center and/or walks it on the territory of the Shopping Center must have the necessary equipment and, in the event of the Pet’s accident, must immediately collect and dispose of the Pet’s faeces, urine and/or other contaminants. Visitors walking their Pets in the Shopping Center area must not allow them to urinate on buildings, temporary structures, flowerpots, sculptures/artworks, defecate or urinate in the green oases and flowerbeds formed in the Shopping Center.
6.7. Visitors with Pets must comply with sanitary, hygienic and veterinary requirements. Noise generated by Pets accompanying Visitors must not exceed the established hygiene standards.
6.8. Pets may only be carried in lifts and/or on escalators/moving walkways if other people in the lift and/or nearby do not object, and the safety of other people and animals is ensured. Pets may only be carried on escalators/moving walkways whilst being held in the arms. If a Visitor is unable to carry their Pet in their arms, they must choose another safe means of transport. The Visitor is responsible for any consequences arising from failure to comply with this requirement.
6.9. Visitors who enter the Shopping Center with a Pet (including leaving the Pet in a designated area at the entrance of the Shopping Center) shall be responsible for its care, behaviour and any damage caused to the Shopping Center and/or third parties. It is forbidden to leave the Pet unattended on the premises of the Shopping Center, except in specially designated and marked areas.
6.10. Visitors who do not comply with these Rules, including if their Pet is aggressive, undisciplined and/or causes a feeling of insecurity to others, may, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Safety of Persons and Property, be removed from the Shopping Center (including the Shopping Center’s premises and the Shopping Center’s territory) and/or may be refused admission to the Shopping Center.
7. USE OF FACILITIES WITHIN THE SHOPPING CENTER (LIFTS, ESCALATORS / MOVING WALKWAYS)
7.1. Visitors using the facilities (lifts, escalators / travelators) in the Shopping Center must:
7.1.1. behave politely, carefully, prudently and not endanger the safety and health of other Visitors using the facility;
7.1.2. hold on to the structures (railings) of the facility;
7.1.3. ensure that the Visitor’s personal belongings, including but not limited to, clothing, shoelaces, are properly secured, do not drag on the ground and do not create a tripping hazard;
7.1.4. immediately leave the entrance and exit areas of the facility and allow other Visitors of the Shopping Center to move freely;
7.1.5.do not leave children unattended and while using the facility to hold a minor child by the hand;
7.1.6. Carry pets in your arms, as provided for in clause 6.8 of the Rules;
7.2. Visitors using the facilities (lifts, escalators / travelators) in the Shopping Center are prohibited from:
7.2.1. using the facility outside of its intended purpose, including, but not limited to, running on the escalator / travelator, moving in the opposite direction of the escalator / travelator;
7.2.2. climbing on non-designated structures of the facility (railings, partitions, etc.);
7.2.3. using mobile phones or other electronic devices, if such use disturbs the Visitor’s attention and endangers the safety and health of other Visitors using the facility;
7.2.4. allowing objects or body parts to enter the moving parts and mechanisms of the facility;
7.2.5. smoking (tobacco products and electronic cigarettes);
7.2.6. using the facility in the event of a fire, emergency or technical malfunctions, unless the facility is undergoing repairs or maintenance work during which the facility (escalator and/or traveller) is stopped and there is no warning sign prohibiting the use of the specific facility.
8. ORGANISATION OF EVENTS
8.1. All and any Events (including meetings in accordance with the Law on Meetings of the Republic of Lithuania) may be held in the Shopping Center, its approaches or in the territory of the Shopping Center’s land plot only with the prior written permission of the Shopping Center’s administration.
8.2. The prior permission of the Shopping Center administration is based on the duty of the Shopping Center owner and/or the manager of the Shopping Center to ensure public order, the legitimate interests of Visitors, persons working in the Shopping Center and/or performing economic and commercial activities.
8.3. The person or persons wishing to organize the Event must apply to the Administration of the Shopping Center with a written request no later than 5 (five) working days in advance. The request shall indicate:
8.3.1. Event organizer(s) – name, address, phone, other contact information;
8.3.2. Event date, time;
8.3.3. Preferred Event Venue;
8.3.4. Nature of the event;
8.3.5. The purpose of the event;
8.3.6. Estimated number of participants of the Event.
8.4. When examining the request for the organization of the Event, the Shopping Center administration takes into account all significant circumstances related to the Event and their influence on the legitimate interests of the Shopping Center, Visitors, persons working in the Shopping Center and/or persons engaged in economic and commercial activities. When examining the request, the Shopping Center administration pays special attention to the presence of armed security personnel protecting the Shopping Center, the influence of the Event on the traffic of motor vehicles in the Shopping Center territory, ensuring the work safety of the cashiers who serve persons performing economic and commercial activities in the Shopping Center.
8.5. The administration of the Shopping Center, after examining the request, has the right to demand additional information about and/or guarantees regarding:
8.5.1. Event security, ensuring public order, the safety of Event participants, the Shopping
8.5.2. Center, its Visitors and persons working in the Shopping Center;
8.5.3. Cleaning up the venue after the Event;
8.5.4. Mandatory standby of a doctor, ambulance, firefighters or other specialists at the Event location;
8.5.5. Changes to motor vehicle traffic during the event, installation of necessary detours and/or additional road signs.
8.6. The Event organisers shall, in all cases, even if they have the written consent of the Shopping Center’s management regarding the organisation of the Event, be fully liable for any damage caused to the Shopping Center during the Event, visitors, persons working in the Shopping Center and/or carrying out economic and commercial activities, their property and/or for any infringement of their rights and any resulting damage
9. CAR PARK
9.1. Traffic and parking in the car parks located on the Shopping Center’s premises shall be conducted in accordance with the Highway Code, road signs, road markings and any additional requirements set by the Shopping Center’s management.
9.2. The Shopping Center shall not be liable for the safety of vehicles left in the car park, items left inside them, or damage caused by third parties, except where such damage is attributable to the Shopping Center.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. These Rules are mandatory for all Visitors of the Shopping Center. Exceptions to the Rules can only be made with the prior consent of the Shopping Center administration.
10.2. In cases where the consent of the Shopping Center administration is required according to the provisions of these Rules, the interested person must apply in advance to the Shopping Center administration with a request.
10.3. The administration of the Shopping Center, in order to ensure the well-being of Visitors, persons working in the Shopping Center and/or persons engaged in economic and commercial activities, has the right to change the Rules, to improve them, by informing interested persons about such changes by presenting the Rules or their essential provisions in publicly visible places, on the Shopping Center’s website, as well as by providing them with the full text of the Rules at the request of interested persons.
10.4. The Rules shall enter into force upon their approval by order of the Director of KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB and shall remain in force until they are amended or repealed by a decision of KAUNO AUDINIŲ PROJEKTAS, UAB
